Sea Proficiency Test on 4 November 2014

Good Day Cadets,

Please take note that the Bronze, Silver and Gold Sea Proficiency Test will take place next Tuesday, 4 November 2014.

The details are as follows:

Activity: Bronze, Silver and Gold Sea Proficiency Test
Date: 4 November 2014
Time: 0715h - 0930h

Reporting Time: 0700h
Reporting Venue: Maris Stella High School (Secondary) Front Porch
Attire: Number 3 Uniform with all Badges and Beret

All Junior Cadets will be taking part in the Bronze Sea Proficiency Test. All Senior Cadets will be taking part in the Silver Proficiency Test. 3 Cadet Leaders will be taking part in Gold Proficiency Test.

You can access the Admin Instructions for the Bronze, Silver and Gold Sea Proficiency Test. You will find the syllabus and sample questions

The criteria to attain the badge for Bronze, Silver and Gold Sea Proficiency Test is:
1) > 25/50 for theory (Section A and B)
2) > 30/50 for Bends and Hitches (Section C)

Do take note that participation in this test is compulsory. Your participation will impact your promotion in 2015. Please use this google form to update your participation at the Sea Proficiency Test.

Packing list for camp

Compulsory Items
1.    Student Identity card
2.    Toiletries i.e towel, facial soap, shampoo, shower gel, inner garments etc.
3.    Sleeping Bag
4.    Water bottle with mug
5.    Insect repellant
6.    Writing materials
7.    Barra Tee
8.    Any School Related shirts. 3 PE-shirts.
9.    Extra PE-Shorts or Dark Blue/Black Shorts.
10. 1 pair of Shoes/Sports Shoes
11.  1 Pair of Booties (or a covered shoe) – For Dragon boat
13.  3 pairs of socks
14.1 pair of slippers/sandals.
15. Medicine (prescribed by family doctor
16.  1 snack item per individual
17.  Thermometer
18.  A small sling bag or a small back pack
19. Plastic Bags

*Please ensure there is sufficient amount in your EZ link card for the trail. You might want to bring additional money for the trail as well.

To those who did not come for Wednesday's training, please go to Sir Vinod's pigeon hole to collect your AUC camp consent forms.
The Perak trip consent form for absent Part Bs will be given to you by Sgt Nicholas.

Camp T-Shirts ($15) and AUC Camp fees ($15) must be given by Friday, 17 October.

Packing list for the AUC camp will be given to you on Friday,17 October.
